Meeting The Red Pandas For Two
Begin your experience in the Discovery Centre with complimentary refreshments before meeting one of the team and being escorted to the Red Panda enclosure for your health and safety briefing. You will then have the opportunity to experience at close hand the social behaviour of these fascinating animals. You will feed them with their favourite tasty bamboo snack and will be guided by one of the Small Mammal team, who'll help you to feed the Pandas by hand. This is an amazing opportunity to meet one of the world's most cute, cuddly but vulnerable animals.
Availability
Daily throughout the year (exlcuding bank holidays).
Participant Guidelines
Participants must be aged 10 years or over. Under 16's must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult (i.e. aged 18 or over). The park is accessible so wheelchair users are very welcome.
Weather
Animals need to be cared for whatever the weather, so be assured your experience will always go ahead.
Duration
The experience lasts around 30 minutes, starting at 10.30am.
Numbers On Day
Exclusively for the two of you and a park keeper.
Spectators
Family and friends can pay the standard entry fee to the park. Adults (16 and over) £16 and Children (2-15 years) £11.
Dress Code
Wear old comfortable clothes.
Other Info
You are both welcome to arrive early and stay late to enjoy the other facilities within the park.
